Teaching is a hard profession. The Maritime Trust recognise this both in their interactions with their staff and the support they offer them. These are sometimes small things like a worthwhile staff reward package or larger, more significant CPD opportunities. The Trust recognises how tough times have been and have adapted their practise to support staff.
