How We Work with Other Schools and Trusts

Beyond Maritime 

To keep learning and improving, we need to be outward-facing and work with and learn from other schools and trusts from across the country. We do not care what type of school it is, or what its Ofsted grade is - we are always on the lookout for inspiration and great practice. 

With this approach in mind, we have developed a range of close relationships over the years. At a Trust level, we play an active role in nationwide networks such as Confederation of School Trusts (CST) and Forum Strategy. We work with local trusts as part of the Kent MAT Alliance and the Medway and North Kent Network. We have also built relationships with other trusts around the country, sharing practice and support. 

We are passionate about this approach to collaboration.
